At APSRTC Kala Bhavan, Air-Conditioned Auditorium, Musheerabad-Bagh Lingampally Road , Near RTC X Roads, HYDERABAD India
Presidents / Council Members / Sr. Members from 3 Institutes will speak on opportunities available for these 3 courses. Honorable Minister for Corporate Affairs Mr. Salman Khurshid is expected to address students.

- Volunteer (You are expected to pay Rs.100, fill up volunteer form attached come on Saturday 4pm to auditorium for planning, 8am on seminar day to assist in arrangements. Certificate will be awarded in Rotary Get-together)

Dear Friends,
Mr. Sreenivasa Prasad Rao Sarvaraju along with 20+ volunteers conducted GVD project on 27th July 2009 at Sardar Vallabhabhai Patel Govt. High School, Asif Nagar. The school was in the dilapidated condition before the GVD project.
The GVD leader says "we considered the renovation project as the school was in a dilapidated condition. It took more than 15 days of skilled labor work. In my first visit this school appeared like a dirt yard without a proper compound. We found dead bodies of some animals in the cleaning process. There is no school name board on wall or at the entrance. The only positive factor I found in this School was energetic ,enthusiastic students and dedicated teachers. Post our GVD project the school got its shape, all the students and teachers are very happy with our GVD project".
As a part of GVD work and the volunteer activities involved are as below:
Conducted more than 18 competitions to entertain the school children
Conducted activities like singing, dancing, essay writing, elocution, paper cutting, mono action, storytelling, caroms, chess, running, kho-kho, kabbadi games, cricket, long jump & skipping for high school students
White wash for the school building
Mason work & compound construction
Cleaned & leveled the play ground
Renovation of water tank
Painted the class rooms using oil paint
Hand painted name boards and quotes in all rooms
Fixed the windows panes
Conducted games & distributed prizes to the winners
Pasted motivational posters on walls
Planted trees (50) within school premises
A few volunteers expressed their willingness to be a part of weekly (Sunday) classes to teach the students.
Employees worked on voluntary basis on their weekly-off with lot of dedication and service motive. As It was working day, a few volunteers availed permission on compensatory basis to take part in the GVD program. The social responsibility and selfless service of our volunteers was appreciated by Sardar Vallabhabhai Patel Govt. High School Officials.
Today we'd like to tell you in our own special way: We appreciate the things you've done more than words can say.
V- is for the vigor that you bring
O- is for the opportunity to know you
L- is for your life you share
U- is for the unconditional love you have for social service
N- is for the nurturing you give
T- is for the time you don't have
